Refund policy
As of 3/1/22 Pink Willow Boutique only offers Exchanges. 
Exchanges
Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. If an item is being returned due to damage, the damage must be reported within 7 days after receiving the item.

- Hair Items
- Swimwear
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage Refunds/ Exchanges
If your item has damage, please report by emailing or messaging The Pink Willow Boutique with a picture and a description of the damage. If we determine that you are eligible for an exchange, we will then ask for you to send the item back to us. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email/message to notify you that we have received your returned item and proceed to send you a new product.
Please note that items are only eligible to be exchanged with products that are of the same monetary value and must be done so within the allotted 28 days. Also note, that there is no guarantee that products will still be available at time of exchange.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Pink Willow Formal Return/Exchange Policy
ALL Sales of Formal Purchases (Long or Short Formal Dresses or other clothing, shoes, jewelry, accessories) are FINAL. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
